I am currently only doing remote, telehealth sessions (phone or video). I plan to offer the option of in-office sessions in Evanston, Illinois later this summer.

I am in-network with two insurance plans: Northwestern University’s Aetna Student Health plan (not regular Aetna) and with Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO (not their HMO or other plans). 

I can also help you with out-of-network coverage that your insurance might offer. You would pay my session fees and I would give you a sort of elaborate receipt that you could submit to your insurance company for any reimbursement you might get for out-of-network visits. To find out about your out-of-network benefits, it might be best to just call the toll-free number on your insurance card and ask them what they would reimburse for sessions with me.

My fee for a therapy session (roughly one hour) is $175.
